Our basic charge for straightforward copy editing is £20 per 1000 words, but as there may be other considerations such as style and formatting, and as each customer is unique, it is not really practical to display on this website a set table of charges across the range of our services. We are however happy to discuss your requirements and quote you a price in advance of your order. If you need a quick turnaround, your order can be prioritised. An extra charge will be made for this service.

Payment in advance is normally required, although if you use our services regularly account facilities are negotiable. We are also able to offer discounts for regular clients.

We currently prefer payment by the following methods:

1.  By Paypal instant money transfer. On agreeing your order, you will receive an email containing full instructions on how to pay. We do not charge you for this service.

2.  By cheque made payable to Donald K Gunn and sent to 3 Monkswell Cottages, Newburgh, Fife KY14 6AF, United Kingdom. Work will commence on your order as soon as your cheque has cleared.
